What is Saturate Therapy?

Saturation describes an amount of fullness or richness. In music, saturation is a colorful sonic character that brings recordings to life. In photography, it’s a measure of the of bold color you see in an image. In life, saturation happens when we have the emotional resources to be fully present. When our world is saturated, our senses wake up, we become naturally creative, and we enjoy who we are. I intend our work together to increase your life’s saturation – leading to a more fulfilling experience of being you.

To do this, I incorporate elements of mindfulness, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and existential philosophy to help you deepen your sense of confidence and presence. This gives way to greater fulfillment at work, in relationships, and within yourself.

I’ve been practicing therapy for creatives, tech professionals, and their families in the Bay Area for over 6 years, focusing on helping teens and adults cultivate more confidence in their attitudes, habits, and relationships.

I started practicing therapy when my music career stalled. I went to therapy as a client in search of a space that offered me what music once did. Through honest reflection and self-expression, therapy became my place of rejuvenation. Eventually, music became that again, too.

I’d love to help you discover what I did: that being your full self within a strong, loving connection can help you live more freely.
